Supported Admission
Supported Admission, or inpatient psychiatric care, refers to formal medical admission where an individual stays for 24 hours or more to receive intensive treatment, constant monitoring, and psychotherapeutic intervention.
This level of care is generally considered for severe mental health conditions, acute distress, or complex situations that cannot be safely managed at home or through outpatient support alone.
